Who we are

vlmedia.online is the site of VL Agency (VLMedia), run by Vlad Leonte. Questions about your data go to vlad@vlmedia.online.

What we collect when you apply

The Apply to Work With Us form asks for:

• your name;
• at least one way to reach you: your Instagram handle, email address or phone number;
• your answers to three questions: what best describes your current situation, your biggest challenge right now, and your current monthly revenue from coaching.

With it, the page sends where you came from: the website that linked you here and any tags in that link (such as utm_source or ref), if there were any, and the address of the page you landed on.

Nothing is sent until you press Submit Application.

Why we collect it

To reach out to you and discuss how we can help your coaching business.

Where it goes

The site is hosted on Vercel. When you submit, your application goes to the VLMedia client portal, where it is stored. Resend sends us an email copy, and Slack notifies our team.

Visit statistics

Visit statistics are off. This site runs no analytics, so nothing about your visit is counted by us.

Videos

The videos are hosted on YouTube. They load only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube may set its own cookies, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies. It keeps two small notes in your browser, on your device only:

• your answer to the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again;
• after you apply, a marker for that browser tab, so the thank-you page knows your application went through.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for 12 months, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email vlad@vlmedia.online.
